  Honestly this place was good! Now that they have change nurses all of them that work there have a terrible attitude they talk to patients in a very rude way and i was one of them when i took my girls to get blood work and a nurse name (BRIANNA) was very rude making my 2 daughters uncomfortable and scared they didn't wanted her to do their blood work but we did it any ways she did both of my girls blood work leaving my 7 year old bruised up and she was with her attitude telling her in a rude way to stop moving her hand this nurse makes me sick she has no empathy with kids or the patient to deal with kids or any patients poor service from all of them sense i been going to quest at elder st fallbrook the new nurses are just very rude and disrespectful. Another thing if u guys aren't welcoming walkings please take the signs off from ur office because thats another reason for the nurses to raise their voice at patients when they don't have an appointment and they have them waiting all day because they don't want to deal with walkings...
