TOTAL FRUSTRATION
If I could use zero stars I would. On the website they say to make an appointment for lab work. Then the only options are for Covid testing......I can't get anyone on the phone. So I will need to bring my 89 year old mother there to wait and see if they even have received the order for the test. I am trying to call my mom's doctors office and have been on hold for 20 minutes and still waiting......SO FRUSTRATED!!!!

Frustrations
It’s impossible to talk to a live person !!!!! No matter what you push . Trying to find out why my husbands labs were not faxed to the Dr. makes me not want to deal with quest my labs went through okay my Husband had his done with me at the same time. There should be a way to talk to a REAL PERSON !!!!!!!!!!
