I called for direction or name of building. All are automated but said for directions press 1 but 1 does not work. Called for apt but that call also was automated. I am elderly and medical drive is busy so I need to know exactly where to go, where to park etc. but no living person will talk to me. Very disappointed with quest.

This setting appointment does not work, online nor by phone . what can you do to make this much simpler for the everyone and the elderly . who thought making an appt was much easier , it causes anxiety, frustration and sets us off.. We live in a world that is much more complicated than ever. SIMPLIFY..... BE NICE.....
