Absurd wait times
I have been here a total of three times. Each time I’ve made an appointment as requested in the website that fits into my day. However I wait over an hour every time I come. There is only one technician available. What is the point of making an appointment for a specified time if I am left to wait an hour and a half and counting during my current appointment? People that were here well before me are actively leaving exam rooms without being seen because they’ve been waiting so long. This is completely unacceptable.
